My complaint:
Due to pandemic, the CMA Music Fest was cancelled and I decided to request a refund rather than roll my tickets to 2021 which by the way is not happening either. I requested a refund in December 2020 and have not received it. There is no number to call and the chat line cuts you off ..emails say the same thing over and over… still no refund!!
Suggested solution:
I want my money refunded
