My complaint:
I bought Alanis tickets for June 6 2020, center stage 10 rows back for$$$. I received emails to my ticketmaster account stating the concert was postponed to Sept 3rd 2021and my tickets are valid. Well I checked my account in early June 2021 and my event shows up but my tickets are gone. I contacted ticketmaster and they said my tickets were transferred back to original purchaser. I did not receive any refund, I don’t have tickets, and having problems contacting ticketmaster now. They don’t reply back. So the original purchaser kept my money, got the tickets back somehow, then resold them.
Suggested solution:
The tickets need to be voided that were transferred back to original purchaser and issue new tickets for me.
