My complaint:
I purchased 2 tickets to the Fab Four scheduled to appear in Washington DC on June 24th. I made a special trip to DC for this concert. When I arrived I was informed the concert had been RESCHEDULED. I was NEVER informed the concert had been rescheduled and I am NOT able to travel to DC on the new date (92321). I requested a full refund from Ticketmaster and was told by automated answer that the window for requesting a refund was closed. Absurd. They rescheduled the concert and I wasn’t informed. I also asked to talk with a supervisor in my message to them. No call back.
Suggested solution:
Ticketmaster should a full refund for my two tickets based upon the fact I can not attend the rescheduled date. Their rescheduling should not constitute a financial loss for me. After five attempts to reach them on line an, by phone and at corporate headquarters I am disgusted.
