My complaint:
In 2019 we ordered K Pop tickets for our daughter for a concert that was supposed to be April 22nd 2020 at the Prudential Center. Ticket master will not refund our money or give us credit toward another product because they claim the Prudential Center will not release funds for refunds on the event because it’s still possible the concert will be staged . It’s been a year , The world is reopening . We bought insurance on the tickets . This is ridiculous. We will be filing complaints against both the Prudential center and Ticketmaster with the AG office and the FTC.
Suggested solution:
We want refund. We will accept credit toward an event we can actually attend.
