My complaint:

I filed this complaint on complain.biz

I ordered Luke Combs tickets the event was scheduled to be held in Alabama. I live in Florida. Hours after I placed my order for the tickets on June 3, I requested that the tickets be shipped to my new address since the address that they were originally going to be shipped to was my OLD address. I emailed customer service multiple times and was told on two separate occasions that the tickets would arrive at my new location. They never came. Once it got closer to the day of the event I got nervous and did everything I could to reach out to someone. Which is what I’m still continuing to do. I’ve called multiple times and each time I get referred to ticketmaster.com and to contact a live chat representative. Each time I’ve tried I was told that the live chat wasn’t working and that I needed to email ticketmaster. So I did that. I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails and have even reached out on both of ticketmasters twitter accounts and still havent received a response. I sent tweets and also DM’d ticketmaster verified fan account. Still. Nothing.

Therefore I paid for a ticket that I NEVER received and I feel like I was ROBBED.

The only option to purchase tickets for this event was to have physical tickets mailed to me otherwise I would have just got electronic tickets like I do with every other event.

I also have proof of each time I tried to get this resolved including times in which I attempted to verify where the tickets would be sent. This is bad business and I’m upset about it. I’m even more upset that I can’t reach out to anyone to get this resolved

Suggested solution:

I just wanted a refund or a credit to be added to my Ticketmaster account. I did everything I could to avoid this situation including buying ticket insurance (via allianz) I opened a claim but was told there was nothing they could do to refund my tickets and referred me to the company that sold me the tickets (Ticketmaster)
