My complaint:
I bought tickets to see The Weeknd I spent $1470 on tickets . The show kept being rescheduled . I finally asked for a refund in Feb . 3 , 2021 . It is now Dec. 9 , 2021 . I still haven’t received refund . The show ended up canceled and set me email that everyone would get their money back in their accounts in 30 days . I’ve yet got my money back . I’ve sent so many emails . And called numerous times I can’t get a hold of anyone .
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back !
