My complaint:
on completion of ticket purchase for the Nutcracker ballet no seat assignment for the tickets was given. The venue does not have a General Admission option but the tickets state General Admission. A seat assignment is required for admission. Ticketmaster refuses to refund the tickets however.
Suggested solution:
Refund the phony tickets.
