My complaint:

I purchased tickets in December 2021 for the Bieber concert in Cape Town. The event has since been canceled. Ticketmaster SA has since promised that all refunds will be done by 29 September 2022 but that did not happen. I have logged several support tickets, been on their social media page, contacted my bank even sent an email to their MD, Justin van Wyk. It’s just one excuse and empty promises on top of each other. As per their communication, all Bieber fan’s refunds should clear in their accounts today – nothing thus far. It is not just about the money but the lack of integrity this company consistently displays and they are Big Concert’s preferred ticket sales provider.

Suggested solution:

They should honor their commitment and refund the Bieber ticket holders as promised with immediate effect.
