My complaint:
I bought 2 tickets on 3192021 for a concert for myself and my mom. I used the Ticketmaster filter to get wheelchair accessible seats because I am in a wheelchair. I surprised my mom with the tickets for us and she realized they didn’t seem like wheelchair accessible seats. I called the same day I bought them to see if I can get wheelchair accessible seats or a refund since their filter was not working right. They did not have seats and have not refunded me. I’ve sent numerous emails to no avail. I’m on a fixed income and saved money for these. Please help me get my money back. They were $241.60
