My complaint:
Last year I purchased 2 tickets to go see justin bieber at Ford Field in Detroit, MI. Then venue was changed to Little Cesars Arena in Detroit, MI. I was then notified that I would be updated with the change. I was not contacted after this. I have tickets floating out there somewhere and no one has given me new tickets with seat numbers on them or anything. I have contacted ticket master several times trying to get new seats. Every time I contact someone they want more money. I purchased tickets one seat from the floor and now I want my tickets to be one seat from the floor at the new venue. I do not want to spend hundreds of dollars because the venue was changed. I had some one on the phone trying to get me to go to meijer or kroger to put 400.00 dollars on a ticket master card to get new tickets. I have tickets why would I do that? Sounds like a giant scam to me.
Suggested solution:
I would like tickets similar to the ones I had at the first venue.
