My complaint:
I called on Dec 6 @ 9:22am for the assistance. I was told I was the 4 person on the list. I called today and was told they ran out of funds to help me. How when I’m jus the 4 person on the list are they already out of money? I’m in a crisis situation and need immediate help.
Suggested solution:
Pay my bill. Michelle Taylor told me I would be getting a call. And now she’s out of money.
