My complaint:

On Monday 10-12-20 at approximately 4:00 PM my wife and I took several items to the Salvation Army Center on Louis Henna Blvd. in Round Rock,Texas. I backed my Mercedes SUV up in behind where the trailer was parked. The attendant was standing beside the trailer and didn’t move. I opened the back of the car and he just stood there. I rolled down my window and after a couple of minutes he walked up to the rear of our car and DEMANDED “Picking up or dropping off!!!”
I said dropping off and he angrily started throwing all of the donations out onto the concrete driveway. When he finished, he SLAMMED the tailgate of my Mercedes so hard it shook the whole car.
I then exited my vehicle and asked to speak to his supervisor. He angrily replied “I am the supervisor!!!”
I then asked his name and he angrily said “Michael”. Said his last name when asked, but it was a name I did not understand. Sounded foreign.
Asked him about slamming the tailgate and told him it had a button to close it. He then angrily said “well it’s not my (his) car. I told him that I hoped he didn’t break the tailgate and ended the confrontation.
My wife and I both think that Michael was the RUDIST attendant that we have ever seen at this Salvation Army. If Michael is truly a supervisor, maybe he shouldn’t be any longer.

Suggested solution:

Demote Michael if he is truly a supervisor.
A lot more supervisory training.
