My complaint:
The staff here are very unprofessional, On Tuesday June 15, 2021 around 12:31pm Isabel Schleer a Housing Navigator has walked in a bathroom where the locks are broken while I was in the restroom and I informed her I was on the toilet I was using the restroom and Isabel Schleer opened the door in the hallway stating that the door must remain open but the restroom stall has no lock on it and hasn’t since I have been here. When I dated to her the restroom has no lock in the stalls she stated they are going to fixed and stated that the Hallway must still remain open this happened all after she was talking to a make staff in the hallway area. Shatay Proctor a Housing Navigator who I had given her information to the Federal court about her behavior towards me due to my belief of her informing my abuser where I’m located. This a church Shelter and I was listening to a spiritual message online when I could not sleep one night and she made a complaint about and the next day she was in her office around 11:00pm when all residents were asleep she come in the dinner loudly in front of me telling another staff member how she was online talking to the fine black man that was 38 years old while on the clock. When I told the Program Manager Kushma Chetty what Shatay Proctor did due to Shatay Proctor having another resident Jessica verbally attack me because Shatay Proctor know I was going to complaint on her so she needed to make me look as if I was a problem, because she has this jealousy for me because I’m a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and I work for Amazon and just was offered a new position making 20.00 an hour and she does make more money then me. I believe either the program Manager Kushma Chetty or Isabel Schleer told Shatay Proctor I made a direct complaint about everything she was doin to me, so the next day Shatay Proctor come to work and didn’t want to really give me breakfast, she then walked within six feet of me with her hands near me face on camera and had Body laugh as if she wanted to fight me. I had know don’t feel comfortable with tell the Program Manager anything else that’s going on due to her tell me when I made the
Complaint that she was going to help me with obtain domestic violence therapy or counseling, as well as inform the other resident Jessica not to talk to me. On Sunday I returned back to the shelter from Church at the another Salvation Army location I was verbally attacked again by the resident Jessica. I had meant the Director of the shelter there Felicia Grant but I didn’t get a chance to speak to her about the situation. I don’t believe the staff ever talked to the other resident Jessica who no longer her to tell not to talk to me because that’s what he stated when I told she was not to speak to me per Staff. Shatay Proctor decided to retaliate and she didn’t want to meet with me as scheduled as planned on 682021 @12:00pm after a housing meeting with tears in her eyes because she was hurt like we were friends that I had complained on her and she told me that they would be given me a new housing navigator and she didn’t know when we were going to meet, Isabel Schleer was present as while, I had to walks in to Isabel Schleers office to and her my housing manager was a week later almost and she said it was which was Monday June 14,2021. My Grandmother just passed way in Massachusetts I was informed on Monday afternoon and the Salvation Army pay bus tickets if you want to relocate to a family member and if Shatay Proctor was not so heart broken about a little complaint and she still has her job and had completed my housing meeting as scheduled I could have been there for my grandmother who I just spoke to a week before how sounded fine when I spoke to her. Today on Wednesday June 16,2021 Isabel Schleer followed me downstairs when I was smoking and decided to was going to walk by me abruptly and walked by the man bring in lunch and he had to ring the door bell and he was a witness and she walked in within six feet of me, she was so upset about me saying anything about her to another staff me ever that she decided she was going to follow me outside and walk right by another staff meme er who was coming to feed all the residents.
Suggested solution:
They should all be fired and The salvation needs help help safe housing of my own as soon as possible.
