My complaint:

After staying at your shelter in Denver I was mugged twice by a resident named Alexander Dimitrievic. He headbutted me in front of a bunch of people and then had me arrested for fighting back with a stick, which immediately broke. I spent over two months in jail on an assault charge after my wallet, phone, and shoes were thrown away by the people in charge because of the things that they had to say about me, mostly dirisive about being gay. I still have to go to court and I was deprived of all my identification, including my driver’s license and social security card. One of the managers there even held me down and choked me. Another made a shotgun gesture at me when I came back to pick up my belongings, he is the one who had my belongings disposed of. I still do not know if my identity was stolen that day.

Suggested solution:

I need representation in court because I cannot afford to go to trial on my social security money. I need the ATL (asked to leave) against me dropped, so that I can find shelter in Denver
