My complaint:

I’ve been dealing with a severe debilitating medical issue that’s taken a toll on me physically and mentally. I have some good days but mostly bad. I was working my handyman and restoration business up until July 2021 when I got was struck unexpectedly fast with a debilitating illness on top of other medical and mental issues I had already been dealing with. After being unable to work very much I was falling behind on rent and other bills and was refered to the salvation army to see if they can help. I missed my appointments and also had no phone to reschedule. I was also bedridden with my illness and am on a chemo regiment as well. But after more than a month without a phone I had finally gotten my phone service back on and called my local salvation army and she said because I missed the appointments last month that I have to wait until January to apply for help. She won’t give give an appointment for December of 2021. I feel as though she is punishing me for being sick and being unable to get to the appointments in November, or I’m being discriminated against because even though I look like a healthy middle aged white man, I’m actually pretty Ill trying to get through a time of convalescents. ..

Suggested solution:

Give me an appointment for December of 2021. ..
