My complaint:
This is the second time I have scheduled a bulk pick up and come home and they haven’t picked the items. Leaving a note that they couldn’t pick up my donation due to condition issues. What issues??? They’re just the laziest people riding around, picking and choosing what items they’re willing to get out of the truck to pick it up. I will never use this coming again!!! It’s plenty of people who need theses items. They need an overhaul of new drivers!
