My complaint:
I called the salvation in desperation for help, like many people. The gentleman that answered the phone says he’s in charge of assisting with utilities he just said we are out flat out NO. He was rude non empathetic he didn’t offer any other options I felt like he can’t be the one you all trust to give customer service. He shouldn’t talk down to people in need because one day he will be a person in need I hope he gets trained to be a better human being if it isn’t too late.
Suggested solution:
Retrain or remove him from answering phones
