My complaint:
I walked into the Salvation Army in Douglas ga hoping to get help just as I was told over the phone but instead the lady (Mrs privet)was very disrespectful. I was there with my 2 toddler children and she was loud and very rude to me..telling me that their under staff and they will not be able to help me financially with my situation! I’m 8 months pregnant and only needed help with my utility bill.. she got all of my information and told me she would give the city of Douglas a call and then call me back.. after several hours go by they begin forwarding my calls to a voicemail. I felt very much unwanted and definitely threatened by her she needs a lesson in how to talk and treat people.
Suggested solution:
Spoke with a better tone. Many people have complained about her behavior but no one has did anything about it.
