My complaint:
My wife had recently passed away like 2 days ago. she had medical supplies and equipment she would have loved to donate because she was a christian woman. I stepped inside the back door in my hometown location and I was met with the most obnoxious grunt one could ever meet. I was greeted with a HEY, YOU CAN’T BE IN HERE YOU NEED TO STEP BACK OUT THE DOOR. fair enough, I’ll take my donation some place else and don’t ring that bell to me during the holidays, you won’t get a penny from me.
Suggested solution:
termination of employee or volunteer! totally uncalled for!
