My complaint:

I had a friend donate an art easel. I wanted to purchase it but was told that it had to be processed and that they didn’t do processing on the weekends and to come back on Monday morning when they opened. I did exactly that, however the easel somehow just disappeared from the store. The employees at this location are shady and I believe one of them stole the item. The manager was rude and didn’t want to help. We will no longer be donating anything to this location or shopping there.
