My complaint:
Major Steve Carroll Jr. Blocked me on the Salvation Army Facebook page for no reason and that’s how I stayed in contact with the army with him I can show you a screenshot all I asked him was if he knew the name of the procedure for plantar fasciitis because one time he told me he had it he just block me then I was commenting on the Facebook page of a certain Community leader of being a good guy and then he blocked me from commenting on that then I tried reaching out to him on his personal Facebook and his personal cell phone and his cell phone voicemail says anyone who calls him he would definitely call back and he never called me back and then he blocked me from his personal Facebook page so I can’t contact him there either and I reached out to another employee who worked there she’s the social services worker there and I asked him for a reference I did bell ringing for him from 2017 to 2019 and I needed a reference letter and he or he never got back to me.
Suggested solution:
Well I don't know I guess that's up to the Salvation Army USA but that's not very good communication skills you have an issue with somebody you communicate with them to resolve the issue.
