My complaint:
I went to the location to pickup the toys for my two little girls for Christmas 2021. The staff told me that they weren’t schedule to hand out anything til 1 PM. I than informed her that I had an appointment to pickup at 10AM this morning. The staff person than asked for my ID. She looked my information up in their computer and saw indeed I was to be there at 10AM today 121521.I was given gift cards. And told to have a nice day. It didn’t sit well with me I was very sad. I rung the door bell and asked the young lady about the toys. She than told me that they didn’t have any this year only for toddlers and infants. Now I’m a single mother of 3 children 7 yr old daughter 11 yr old daughter and a 17 yr. I’m on a fixed income. No help and I’m very depressed about!!
Suggested solution:
By making this Christmas a Merry Christmas for my children. Toys toys hats gloves coat.
