My complaint:
I was at the store and I showed a coupon from one of the grocery stores and he did not awarded …it was expired but it was steal as a promotion….from one of the receipt from foodmax.of San Jose CA.
Suggested solution:
I should've been awarded and the manager shouldn't argue with the customer which is me and I mentioned customer is always right ...and he said no....I think it should've solved differently. He wasn't using his skills as a manager. He didnt solve it....
