My complaint:
Here in Los Banos I live on a 1 lane street across from the SA, the homeless are constantly camping out directly across from my home, I have asked the SA numerous times to please do something about it. I complained to the city and the police dept who claim it is private property and that the SA needs to call. I called the main head quarters and spoke to Major Darren who said he will help get this resolved. Today the person running the SA here in town came asking for me,, I was not home as I was at work. She spoke with my room mate who explained our situation amd she told told him that she is not going g to do anything about it and for me to stop calling her superiors, She also said for me to put up a fence or to sell my home. I have lived in my home for 20 yrs now, longer than they have had this building. We can and will not let our children play on the street with them here.. Last week a woman was yelling at me and calling me a Bitch and Whore They are belligerent and constantly yelling. The entire neighborhood is very upset about this. I fear my safety and anyone who visits my home., The entire block is not happy with this situation.
Suggested solution:
They need to tell the homeless that they need to get their food and leave the premises, they need to put up NO LOITERING signs and have the city Nd the police dept constantly surveying the premises to remove them when the SA is closed down. If I come home and I am attacked by one of them I will SUE everyone including the SA as I have asked several times to please take care if this matter. I fear for my safety, my families safety and the neighbors safety. I hope that this matter can be dealt with in a timely manner.
