My complaint:
I had an account. I cancelled it. And then was told by an employee I could have put my account on hold. So I come back in put it on hold. They never got back with me. And they tryed to take money out of my account for at least 4 months. I tried to talk to them. They were very rude with me.
Suggested solution:
They should have contacted me to let me know. That they tried to get funds out of my account and there was a problem. Instead of trying to take my money and don't inform me.
