My complaint:
I went to pick up my toys today at angel tree distribution center. Only to find that my stuffbags were given away to someone else.
I waited an hour for nothing to be resolved. Was being ignored when I politely asked what I was waiting for since they had me waiting. Then someone came to give me 3 little board games with no explanation why I didn’t receive my items.
Suggested solution:
Not sure how you go about this. But would be nice to replace items or something. This was the only presents my children were receiving.
