My complaint:
I have contacted the Range both my Email with photos included (8th Jan) and then further by iusing the website ‘feed back'(2 weeks later). Am I to asume that legitimate ‘complaints’ are just ignored by the Range ?.
I will continue to escalate my issue until it is resolved.
Suggested solution:
As the product is only 2 years old provide me with the opportunity to replace the faulty Transformer Base either as a FOC replacement or enable me to be able to purchase a replacement Transformer Base.
