My complaint:
i bough the hampshire corner outdoor furniture on the 8th of march. Since then i have been waiting patiently all summer for my purchase for it no to show. six times i received an ation email explaining date of delivery, until now i haven’t received my purchase.
After visiting your Range Store on Newport road several times, the Store Manager Marcus, explained that still no idea where and when my parcel will arrive.
I am very disappointed within your service, not knowing when my parcel will arrive or having the right information at hand to pass on.
upon making my order, i was expecting a slight delay , however i wasn’t expecting a delay this long without my outdoor furniture. i find this whole process has been misleading and very stressful, as i have been messed around my your store and incorrect information.
i am at the point were i cant see an end to this disturbing ordeal and i would kindly request information as to when i will receive my order.

i would think when a customer(s) places an order(s), its only right that customer(s) receive there parcel when purchased.
i believe this could be easy solved - send out the parcel and customer(s) receive and a token to say sorry as i am sure there is one then myself compiling about the same issue with this Hamshire corner outdoor furniture sku225656
