My complaint:
tried to get a replacement for broken door handle,but was told without my receipt this would not happen,handle was only a few months old.i had proof of payment from my bank to the range for the goods but was told it was more than 28 days.staff including store manager were very unhelpful.
Suggested solution:
it should be easy for this store to checkpayment for the goods,if they don,t want to believe me,and give a replacement.why does this company refuse to honour a legal commitment? the broken handle was shown to the store staff including the manager but to no avail.are companies allowed to get away with this kind of behaviour?.
