My complaint:
I was supposed to be refunded £69.99p which they`ve apparently sent to my bank account on 19052022, however I`ve not received it. I`ve been to my bank to double check., it`s not been received. Absolute nightmare phoning The Range customer care service, left on hold for an hour sometimes more each time.
Suggested solution:
Pay my refund or at least make sure it`s been sent. My bank has asked Me to get an ARN reference number and said they will trace number or at least The Range should
