The Range complaint: unable to return in store cant get through to return the item

My complaint:

i purchased a table and chair and took your range shop in Worthing. They told me they cannot take the item as it cannot be return in the shop. I travelled from Brighton to Worthing. After i found out you mentioned this in your website. I think this is beside the point i do not know any shop cannot take items back in their shop. Range is a such a big company and i found this quite poorly that you cannot give this service.
I am not on the phone for almost 1 hour trying to get in touch with your customer service.

Suggested solution:

1. please review your return process and start accepting store returns. it is ridiculous turning customers away and you can free up calls to your customer care which will allow you to answer them quickly
2. implement online returns so people do not need to wait hours trying to get through your customer care line.
3. Can you please call me so i can complete my refund as i do not have time to wait on the phone hours trying to get through to someone.

this is very stressful...
