Letter of Complaint Home Depot Store 1112

I would like to express my disappointment with Home Dept store 1112 and your unsatisfactory level of service.
October 23, 2021, we purchased and paid in full two Andersen 400 series windows in the amount of $1584.78 and two window screens at $174.76 each, a total of $2089.04. Order H1112-131202. The estimated arrival date of delivery was entered as 12102021.
January 6, 2022, I contacted Andersen Windows (866-466-3578) and was informed the purchase was delivered on January 1062022 to Home Depot store 1112. I could expect home delivery of the window screens on February 11, 2022.
January 6, 2022, I phoned the Home Depot window department (803-781-0877) store the following day. A Home Depot employee stated the purchase was received from Andersen windows to their store, but he could not locate the order. He did not apologize or have the courtesy to contact us with their discovery of the missing order. He did state his supervisor (female) moved our order of the boxed windows to his department and then the windows were moved to the front of the store. To this day January 30, 2022, our paid purchase is nowhere to be found in-store 1112. We were NEVER notified our order was in their store. It is unbelievable the Home Depot employee cannot identify how our prepaid windows ordered on October 23, 2021, were nowhere to be found.
January 25, 2022, I spoke with Jennifer Andrews, with Home Depot’s complaint department at 1-800-466-3337. She advised she was contacting the District Manager, Dan Mallon. As of today January 30, 2022, I haven’t heard from Dan Mallon.
I hope you agree with me this is unacceptable under any circumstances. I trust you will deal with this issue and take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.
