My complaint:

We ordered a new dishwasher on 62320 which included delivery and installation. The install was done incorrectly which resulted in a constant fine spray leak at one of the connections underneath our kitchen sink. The dishwasher is located under the kitchen counter on the left side of the sink cabinet and plumbed inside the sink cabinet. We contacted Ravina Singh at the Home Depot store who instructed us to call a plumber for an immediate solution. We called Brothers Plumbing who came and showed us the improper install causing the constant fine mist leak; then reinstalled the dishwasher correctly and billed us for the repair. We submitted their invoice 89755 for $128.33 to Ravina Singh on 11520 who said she would request a check for that amount, that it would take 7-10 business days and she would call us when it came in (per her handwritten note). We have yet to receive our refund. We called 360-582-1620 x384 on December 5, 2020 and left her a message that we have yet to receive our refund. So far no reply.

Suggested solution:

Send us a check for the agreed amount of $128.33 ASAP.
