The Home Depot complaint: decking was ordered wrong color

My complaint:

A pro-desk employee ordered composite decking in the wrong color. After speaking with another pro-desk employee he reported (besides the color) that the decking that was recommended would not work for the job we are completing because it would be too slippery for a dock. Some of the pieces of decking are not the size we ordered. The manager still refused to waive the 15% percent restock fee for returning the composite decking.

Suggested solution:

They should waive the 15% restocking fee.
