My complaint:
Purchased a washing Machine yesterday paid in full, rang today to inquire about delivery time tomorrow,told i will be informed between 6 6 30 this evening, I suggested to place a note on delivery docket to please deliver after 2 pm as we both work and wouldn’t be home to assist, Told no point leaving a note as the delivery crew don’t read any notes. This annoyed me what a poor attitude, causing me to inform all friends to avoid the Good Guys, as well we all know how powerful social media is in this day and age.
Suggested solution:
Work together, read the notes customers that try to help to make everyone's job easier is let down by delivery drivers,really. shouldn't a simple reading question be associated with employment applications ?
or perhaps a must.
