My complaint:
docket numberD0912680121on the 31052022 i purchased apple macbook pro 14 set it up next day would not except finger print or code returned to store alex reset it returned home same issue returned to store ale just gave me apples number rang apple spoke to roy he reset device with me looking through my phone camera you leave the screen for certain time and it turns off it locks you out once again apple reset the bloody thing alas same issue on the last phone call spoke to chrissy she tol me to return the macbook to the good guys due to head injury all my calls are recorded she didnt like that returned to alex had to go see manager i gave up waiting and left leaving computer rang concierge gold service twice 1 frist person great 2nd tracy hopeless waiting on a call from apple the good guys will not get a good review
