My complaint:
docket number 912680121 apple mac pro14 took this computer home set it up no problems next day would not except finger print or codes took back to store alex reset computer went home same thing happened returned to store tol by alex to ring apple which i did apple reset the computer2 times same issue on the third time as all my calls are recordedbecause of ahead injury apple told me to return it to the store as ican exchange it within 14 days which i did alex said he would have to see the manager because of the injury icould not wait and left leaving the computer rang your conceige gold service twice no help apple are ringing me back to day ill have tell them your store has been no help
