My complaint:
Party of 5 at this location. Thursday night at 6 pm. Wait was 45 minutes. WAIS seated for approximately 10 minutes before our drink order was taken. Ordered an appetizer and our meals. Waited another 10 minutes on our drink order to arrive. Appetizer and salads arrived and another 15 minutes the entrees came. Steaks for entire table. Fries and baked potatoes were ICE cold. And the steaks were so tough we couldn’t chew them. Due to the length of time we had to originally had to wait, we didn’t return the food nor did we eat it. We had no refills and didn’t see our server until we were leaving. This is our 3rd visit to a Roadhouse and the last 2 experiences have been less than pleasant. Please do better. We are on a fixed income and eating out is a treat but if the food was disgusting then we’ve wasted our money.
Suggested solution:
Anything to compensate for the poor service and subpar food. Our bill was over 100.00. And we left hungry.
