My complaint:
called in for seating for seven people , on tuesday 4-16-24, arrived and part of our party wasn’t there , so we had to wait ten minutes for their arrival , also the female at that check in continuously smirked at us,also our party arrives and she took in a party of seven and two separate party’s of eight and continued to make us wait, one of the party’s of eight came back to the desk because their seating was for seven, we called manager and discussed it with her and the female staff at check in continued to smirk at us behind her back, so we left without being seated or eating , we have been going to texas roadhouse for years and never been treated so rude, there was no reason for my family to b treated this way, !!!
