My complaint:
Received steak well done, requested medium. Server said she would correct the order. Manger came over and said she would correct the order. I asked her at least three times. My husband and daughter finished their food before my steak arrived. My sweet potato was cold by then. Asked the manager if I would get some type of discount.
She said she would have to take my steak. She came back after 10 minutes with a free appetizer up to seven dollars. She wasn’t very nice. I went with family and had to eat my meal by myself. Our waiter was great.
He also went to check on my meal several times. It took at least 25 minutes for my meal to arrive. He gave me a 10 percent discount. Thank you.
Suggested solution:
The manager should be more considerate of a customer’s concerns.
