Tesco complaint: The self service machine caused my bank card to freeze

My complaint:

The self service card only machine caused my bank card to freeze (become blocked) so I was unable to get cash out of the ATM or use the bank card until I phoned the bank and wait many minutes to get through the bank and the various security questions, needless frustration.

Suggested solution:

fix the self service machine and maybe vouchers.
