My complaint:
Toshebia television has serious fault It appears the screen is being scratched and is unwatchable. As I am a pensioner I got a vice from a neighbour who told me it was a fault with the picuals and not repairable Only had tv for two years and two months .as I am housebound I rely on my tv for company
Suggested solution:
Could they please repair or replace
