My complaint:
Sunday 19th June. Pharmacy opens at 10:00 am I was there 5 minutes earlier and at front of queue. I drove there specially. A pharmacist did not arrive at the store until about 10:30 am.
Disgusting level of service.
Suggested solution:
An apology and some level of assurance that I won’t have to waste time and petrol on future visits to collect my prescriptions. I left at ten past well stressed and had to make a special trip today to make my collection. Well out of pocket, how about some vouchers?
