My complaint:
Today I visited my local store at 12ish car park wasn’t very full, I go into Tesco most days, today it would of been quicker to get on a bus and go into Hyde to get what I needed!!!!! They were queuing up the aisles while self serve wasn’t being overly used, I for one do not want to use self serve and apparently neither did any of the people in the queue’s some people only had 3-4 items in their baskets.. it was ridiculous that there was no extra staff to help. Tesco are asking people to continue to wear their masks when you can, but you have people hanging about the store waiting to be served.. 20 minutes I stood in a queue that I find very poor..
Suggested solution:
Stop treating everyone like a robot.. some people still like the human touch when doing their shopping..
