My complaint:
Temu sent me a faulty chair with broken stiches, not fit for purpose.
They sent me a return lable and i returned the item.
The item was signed for by Temu and accepted.
They the state that they can’t find the returned item so they won’t refund.
They later stated that they lost the item and refused refund.
Since they did nothing to help i initiated a chargeback.
I have asked them for transaction details and now they refuse to help in anyway.
Disgusting company.
Suggested solution:
Resolve the company and get new managment.
