My complaint:
We have received defective products via temu, then we have returned 3 packages to temu via Aramex as requested by Temu. Aramex website ed that the packages have been delivered on 21/3/24. Temu denied and claimed they didn’t receive anything. After one month they said they have found one item only. therefore, the declined our refund. We requested them to tell us how many packages they have received? We also asked them if they have contacted Aramex to check the lost packages? The surprise is Temu doesn’t want to answer any of these question till now!!. Every time we ask them these two questions, the answer is (we received less items and your refund is declined). It is very obvious they lost our packages or they stole them. In both cases we have been scammed by temu. It has been one months now and they don’t want to answer our questions because they know they are scammers.
