My complaint:
I can never have any issues depositing checks. I been banking with this institution for more than two years. The service is terrible. They control very little on which merchants can make unauthorized withdrawals. Then they try to monitor your transactions. Funds missing from my account. No explanation worse far as digital banking, account never accurate. No customer service support in case there is a crisis over the weekend.
Suggested solution:
Its not my job to subscribe remedies. Its there job to provide the service in which they claim to uphold.
