My complaint:
On September 6th I spoke with a TCF Representative in iregards to a Stop Payment for the amount of $125TutboTax was trying to debit my account. I was told that as long as the stop payment is for the exact amount, Turbotax would not be able to withdraw any money from my account. Well that was not true, TurboTax was able to withdraw money from my account. I have made several attempts to get my refund and no answer
Suggested solution:
Since I was misinformed TCF should refund me my $125 dollars. This is why I did a stop payment, to keep this from happening.Zno one seems to have the answers or has the capability to resolve the problem.
