My complaint:

called them today talked to some woman name was PHANLY department lead concerning not to allow a company to continue to take money out of my checking account.. Could not understand her asked if she was from USA she said none on my dam business asked to talk to somebody else NO she was very bad to us Chemical Bank was great to people these TCF people are the worst I have ever talked to on phone very rotten to me need to get better help ASAP or I will continue to file complaints againest them

get rid of PHANLY and make sure the next one talks better english she was in need of a new job ASAP. The TCF Bank is going to hell the way they treat there customers.
