TCF Bank complaint: Pending and balance not updated incurred 18 NSF fees in a week period over this

My complaint:

The online portal was setup and true amounts are not updated. It brought me negative and within a week I have 12 NSF’s then they kept climbing. I am on social security and they yell on the phone, are terrible, and I am still not able to resolve this.

Suggested solution:

Put the NSF fees back in my account. Had the pending balance been a true balance I wouldn’t have been hit with all of these.
